This notice applies when you visit Nexa ML, submit an enquiry, request a discovery call, ask about a workshop or course, or request future updates through this website. Course enrollment, payment, accounts, and learning access take place on our separate learning portal and are also subject to the platform notices described below.

When you submit a form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, work email, phone number, company, role, service interest, message, and the page from which you contacted us. Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or regulated data in a website enquiry.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, and request logs to deliver and protect the website. A color-theme preference may be stored locally on your device. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether our services are relevant, arrange requested conversations, provide information about courses, protect the site from abuse, maintain business records, and send updates only when you have requested them. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers to operate this website and handle enquiries, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database storage, and Resend for optional email notifications. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their contractual and security arrangements. We share only what is needed for the relevant service or where required by law.
Nexa ML learning portal and Graphy
Course enrollment, payment, account creation, and course access take place on learn.nexaml.com, which is powered by Graphy. Information you provide there is handled under the notices shown on that portal and Graphy’s privacy policy.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your personal information. You can also withdraw a request for future updates at any time. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
